Copper Country

Since 1992, VSA Michigan-Copper Country has provided in-depth weekly arts classes for adults with disabilities. Through a strategic partnership with Oak House, Inc., a nonprofit community housing alternative, VSA Michigan – Copper Country has been able to provide services promoting creativity and experimentation for nearly twenty years.

In recent years, VSA Michigan-Copper Country has partnered with Dwayne Szot to bring Arts for All to the Copper Country region. Arts for All is a series of arts tools designed to allow participants with limited movement or lack of fine motor skills the opportunity to be successful in painting, drawing, and print-making. Look for this VSA Michigan-Copper Country sponsored activity at regional festivals and events.
